Shannan has written copy for both digital and print platforms, and has experience writing for social, web, campaigns and CRM as well as point of sale, brochures and magazines. She is particularly well versed in CRM writing. She leads all UK-focussed CRM copy for global skincare brand StriVectin, and previously led all beauty CRM copy for Harrods.
